So in this lesson we learnt how to create a simple TV presenter makeup look. It is a really easy makeup look to create, adding a few curls to the hair can finish the look off.
The eyeliner should be quite thin and the eye shadow is often natural colours. I curled the hair using tongs and created a side fringe for my artist. If I was to change anything on this look it would be the hair, maybe next time straightening it instead.
We all used a natural pink/peach lipstick, but depending on the outfit worn and the look you are creating, a darker/brighter lipstick could be used. The TV presenter makeup shouldnt be over done, remember it usually is day time tele, so no dark, heavy colours on the eyes.
One last thing, not to put you under pressure or anything, but the makeup should look perfect and even on each side of the face as the camera can often pick up on mistakes and all the lighting will not help either. Anyway, here are a few closer pictures of the result of my finished look!
